Teams spread across time zones usually settle on one meeting time that suits the people who set it up. The early mornings and late evenings land on the same few people, week after week, and the clock changes in spring and autumn make it worse for a fortnight at a time.
Hourshare makes that cost visible and shares it. It is a planning tool: it does not read calendars, send invitations, collect email addresses or track anyone.
