What Hourshare is

Hourshare (teleworkgenius.com) is a planning tool that suggests meeting times for a team across time zones. Its results are suggestions worked out from the details you enter and the published rules on How it works. Check important times yourself; Hourshare is not responsible for missed or mistimed meetings.

Team Boards

A Team Board is reached only through its private link. Anyone with the link can view, change or delete it, so share it only with people you trust. We cannot recover a lost link. Boards not opened (and whose feeds are not read) for 18 months are deleted.

The Team Pass

The Team Pass ($1.95 a month or $19.50 a year) applies to one Team Board. While the site is in preview, every board has the Team Pass free and nothing is charged. When payments open, the Pass renews through PayPal until cancelled; cancelling stops future payments and the Pass runs to the end of the paid period. Prices are in US dollars.

Fair use

Do not use the site to store anything other than meeting planning details, to overload it, or to try to reach boards that are not yours. Limits apply to new boards and changes per connection.
